When the owner of Adonai School of Ballet performs, it’s a truly amazing sight to behold. But the odd thing is, she doesn’t do it for her glory. As insanely beautiful as these pictures are, Nicole humbly gives all glory to God. In fact, she dances as worship to God.
I don’t know how else to describe her talent except to parallel it to what I know, music.
Have you ever been moved to tears by a beautiful piece of music? It’s a stirring inside you, a groaning for Father God.
Growing up, we studied music, and I can’t imagine my life without it.
But in all my growing-up years, I’ve never seen dance and worship united. Until now.
Wow, was I missing something fundamental. Dance, as a natural expression of worship. An appropriate response to God’s greatness and provision.
Nicole has appropriately united dance and worship in her studio, Adonai School of Ballet. My daughter gets to be a part of this remarkable studio, and join in worshiping her King through dance. What a privilege.
This is cool. This is powerful. This is awe-inspiring.
“Come, let us worship and bow down, Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.
Adonai’s performance last Spring shook me to my core. There was so much talent, so much reverence, so much humility and beauty at this school. Talk about being moved to tears…WOW.
“Every day I will bless You, And I will praise Your name forever and ever.”
I’ve known Nicole for awhile, but this was the first time I saw her lace up the pointe shoes. It was an absolute honor to get to witness such beauty. I felt like some sort of intruder in a worshipful demonstration to her Creator.
Thank you for your ministry, Nicole.
